Da questo esame emerge che la meritevolezza fonda un giudizio di impronta causale sul contratto, principalmente atipico ma anche, sotto certi aspetti, su quello tipico, che va distinto da quello di liceità. : The paper deals with patrimonial issues in International families and with the European Regulations 1103 and 1104/ 2016 together with regulation 650/2012. The paper particularly focuses on financial assets: Bank Account; Share of Investments Funds; Life Insurance; Virtual assets like criptovalutes; real estate wealth. This perspective implies the need to find the rule governing the succession or the families? patrimonial issues, also taking into account the different rules in the different states concerned of the contracts that govern the circulation of such goods.

Immigration, work and health in Spain: the influence of legal status and employment contract on reported health indicators

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship of legal status and employment conditions with health indicators in foreign-born and Spanish-born workers in Spain. METHODS: Cross-sectional study of 1,849 foreign-born and 509 Spanish-born workers (2008-2009, ITSAL Project). Considered employment conditions: permanent, temporary and no contract (foreign-born and Spanish-born); considered legal statuses: documented and undocumented (foreign-born). Joint relationships with self-rated health (SRH) and mental health (MH) were analyzed via logistical regression. This study examines the copious contractual documentation related to the construction of civil architecture in Sicily between the 15th and 16th centuries. Taking also into account the legal value of the acts, a series of observations emerge providing a more precise portrait of the masters involved, the architectural design and social behavior of the contractors. A framework of conventions and procedures comes out that combines local characters and long-lasting Mediterranean traditions.
